If you’ve been trying to gain weight in a healthy way, then Kinetica Oat Gain is a name you might have come across. This supplement is designed for athletes and recreational workout warriors who are looking to support their training with a protein-packed, calorie-dense nutritional shake.

Kinetica Oat Gain is loaded with macronutrients and, thanks to its fine ground oat blend, is full of micronutrients as well.

Before we delve into a full Kinetica Oat Gain review, let’s see who this 630-calorie nutritional shake is best suited for (and who should avoid it).

  • Ideal for those with heavy training schedules
  • Great if you want a weight gainer that’s healthy and not full of junk
  • Perfect for those looking to support muscle recovery and weight gain

However, it's crucial to note that Kinetica Oat Gain might not be the best option for everyone. It may not be the best choice if:

  • You have a high body fat level
  • You're looking for a low-calorie, weight-loss supplement
  • You don't engage in high-intensity workouts or activities

Kinetica Oat Gain Nutrition Info

As you look into Kinetica Oat Gain, it's important to know what you're putting into your body. So, let's dive into the nutrition info!

The Kinetica Oat Gain nutrition facts
  • Protein: Kinetica Oat Gain packs 45.7g of fast-acting whey protein into each 160g serving. Perfect for muscle repair and growth.
  • Carbohydrates: Each tasty serving boasts a sizeable 82.8g carbohydrate dose from oats and maltodextrin.
  • Fat: You get 12.9g of fat in each Oat Gain serving, which derives from the organic coconut oil as well as the fine ground oats.
  • Glutamine: For muscle recovery and soreness reduction, Kinetica has included 3g of glutamine in their Oat Gain shake.
  • Taurine: There’s 3.2g of taurine in Oat Gain, which complements all of the BCAAs and EAAs that are naturally occurring in the whey protein.

That’s a pretty impressive ingredient list—especially for a mass-building supplement. But, just to be sure of this product’s quality, let’s take a look at each key aspect of Oat Gain in a bit more detail, to see if it’s actually worth using.

What makes Kinetica Oat Gain Different?

Clean Carb Source

The The Kinetica Oat Gain ingredients

Kinetica Oat Gain stands out amongst other mass gainers due to its clean carb source. Unlike many supplements, Oat Gain uses oats in addition to maltodextrin, which is an excellent choice for your body.

Oats provide a steady release of energy throughout the day, preventing sudden spikes in blood sugar and giving you the fuel you need for your workouts.

With Kinetica Oat Gain’s carb formula, you get the best of both worlds; quick glycogen when your body needs it and sustained energy throughout the day.

Unique Yet Tasty Flavour

A common complaint about mass gainers is their taste. Kinetica Oat Gain addresses this issue by offering unique yet tasty flavours, namely Raspberry Yoghurt and Chocolate Caramel Nut.

These flavours not only make drinking your Oat Gain shake enjoyable, but they also make you look forward to your next serving, helping to reinforce good supplementation habits.

Now, I’m not saying that you should buy a supplement just because it tastes good. However, to say that this shake contains over 600 calories per serving, it really does taste great and mix well. More on the mixability in a sec.

Balanced Macros

Kinetica Oat Gain doesn't aim to flood your body with just one macronutrient (unlike many mass gainers). Instead, it offers a balanced mix of protein, carbs, and fats, making it an ideal supplement for those looking to increase their calories in a healthy manner. This balance helps support muscle growth and recovery, ensuring your hard work at the gym pays off.

See my Reflex Nutrition Instant Mass review or my new PhD Advanced Mass review if you want to see how Oat Gain stacks up against mega-calorie gainers.

What’s interesting is that Oat Gain has half the calories but the same amount of protein!

Batch Tested By The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA)

Every batch of Kinetica Oat Gain is tested by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) to ensure its compliance with their strict standards. This means that you can trust Oat Gain to provide your body with clean, quality ingredients without any fear of banned substances.

Approved By Informed Sport

On top of WADA testing, Kinetica Oat Gain is also approved by Informed Sport. This means the product undergoes rigorous quality control measures, verifying that it meets the organisation's standards for safety and efficacy.

Ultimately, as a keen gym goer, I really like that Oat Gain uses quality ingredients. As I mentioned in my Sci-Mx Total Mass review, some brands just fill their gainers with low-quality protein and hope nobody will notice! Not Kinetica.

Does Kinetica Oat Gain Mix Well?

A man making a shake for his review of Kinetica Oatgain

You'll be glad to know that Kinetica Oat Gain mixes easily. With a simple protein shaker bottle, you can quickly combine it with milk or water (around 500 ml) to create a tasty shake in roughly 30 seconds.

So, how about the consistency after mixing? In their Kinetica Oat Gain reviews, many athletes and gym goers reported a smooth and enjoyable texture without any annoying lumps or clumps.

And do you know what? I have to agree with them.

As someone who’s tried over 50 different shakes, I can tell you that it’s rare for a mass gainer to mix this well, and I think it’s because Kinetica uses higher-quality ingredients from sources closer to home.

In summary, you can be confident that your Kinetica Oat Gain shake will mix well, giving you a smooth, tasty shake quickly. Now you can spend less time worrying about your supplements and more time focusing on your training and progress. Cheers to that, lads (and ladies)!

When Should You Take Kinetica Oat Gain?

The Kinetica Oat Gain Scoop Size

From what I’ve gathered reading other Kinetica Oat Gain reviews, there are basically two kinds of people who use this product: athletes looking for a safe, efficient source of quality nutrition and those who want to gain weight.

With this in mind, the two best times to take Kinetica Oat Gain, in my opinion, are post-workout and pre-workout.

After training, Oat Gain will stimulate muscle protein synthesis and refill your muscles with glycogen. Before a session—especially a high-volume one—Oat Gain will give you the fuel you need to power through your workout.

In addition to workout times, you can also take Kinetica Oat Gain 4.8kg as a meal replacement or as a nutritious snack on-the-go thanks to its excellent macronutrient profile. It's super convenient for those days when you're busy and just need something to keep you going.

Of course, you can also drink Oat Gain from Kinetica at breakfast time to get those calories in early. This is an especially good idea if you train early in the morning or struggle to get in your required calories before the sun goes down.

Is Oat Gain By Kinetica Worth A Try?

So now that I’ve done a full Kinetica Oat Gain review and taken the product for a test drive, it’s time to give my final verdict. Is it actually worth buying?

Overhead view of Kinetica Oatgain

What sets Oat Gain apart from a regular protein shake is the fact it fuels your body with more carbs, fats, and calories, all of which you need. This convenient fuel source can help you get the most out of your workout sessions and assist your body in repairing its muscles and replenishing energy.

While Kinetica Oat Gain isn’t the cheapest option on the market, it does have some of the best, most balanced macros that I’ve seen for a mass gainer in a long time.

As a point of comparison on the UK market, Oat Gain has twice as many calories as Pro Elite Lean Mass, but not as many as the calor-loaded Pro Elite X Force Mass Gainer.

So whether you want to pack on mass or just fuel your workouts, I highly recommend Kinetica Oat Gain if you’re willing to pay the price.

Of course, there are similarly good supplements on the market, so you can always compare other options before buying. And anyway, it never hurts to try a particular product for a month or so before making it a permanent part of your fitness regime.

So, should you give Kinetica Oat Gain a try? Well, if you're the type who's pushing hard in the gym or on the track, this mass gainer could be the perfect addition to your routine. Ultimately, with its high-calorie content, an ideal blend of nutrients, and yummy flavour, Kinetica Oat Gain has a lot going for it against its competitors.
