In this section of my CNP Pro Mass review, I'll discuss the main components of this weight gainer, specifically the top three building blocks that make up its formula: 35g of Protein, 48g of Carbs, and 5g of Fat.

Some other mass gainers may have more protein, but they tend to bulk up their numbers with lower-quality protein sources and/or cheap filler amino acids.

How To Use CNP Pro Mass

I recommend starting with the proper dosage of CNP Professional Pro-Mass to get the most out of this supplement. Obviously, though, if your calorie requirements are lower, you can use 2 scoops instead of 4.

Since it allows for a few different options to make it last longer, it doesn't directly cater to those searching for a more intense weight gain supplement.
