This mass gainer comes in a hefty 4.8kg tub, which should last you a good while, depending on how often you use it.

The gainer flaunts a 5-stage blend protein, containing 34g of protein per serving and 140g of premium carbs. When you consider the high calorie content, you can see why Mass XL has proved popular over the years.

It also doesn't hurt to have a few tempting flavours to choose from—Banana, Chocolate, and Vanilla—making it enjoyable to drink on a regular basis. And let's admit it, we all appreciate a delicious shake after a rigorous workout session!

First, start by grabbing your favourite shaker or blender. I recommend using a large one since, with 200g of powder per serving, CNP Mass XL can be quite voluminous when mixed with water or milk. 

You want to pour about 500-700ml of water or milk into your shaker or blender. Next, add 6 scoops of CNP Mass XL powder to your liquid. Be generous with your scoops if you’re really trying to bulk up, and a little more conservative if you’re looking to make your Mass XL tub last longer. 

Now, it's time to give that shake a proper mix! If you're using a shaker, give it a good shake for about 30 to 60 seconds (really shake it vigorously). If you prefer a blender like me, blend for approximately 20 seconds.

Once you've got your shake all mixed up, it's time to enjoy! Drink your CNP Mass XL within 20 minutes of any workout for optimal results. You can also have it as a between-meal snack or even as a breakfast replacement if you're running short on time in the morning.
