My only complaint is that the formula contains soy protein as well as whey. Still, some people might be willing to let that slide considering the weight gain potential that this 1300-calorie shake naturally offers.

Boditronics Mass Attack Heavyweight delivers a hefty 215 grams of carbs per serving, which are derived from ground whole oats and maltodextrin. This high-carb content is great for hardgainers, as it helps provide much-needed workout fuel and caloric energy, helping you gain muscle and body mass.

Boditronics Mass Attack Heavyweight is a high-calorie mass gainer designed to help you pack on weight and muscle. But how does it taste and mix? Let's find out based on Boditronics Mass Attack Heavyweight reviews and feedback from customers—as well as my own opinion.

Many users report that the taste of Boditronics Mass Attack Heavyweight is quite enjoyable. Based on the reviews that I read, I’d say that taste satisfaction was about 70%, which is quite good for a mega-calorie gainer.

Personally, I thought that the taste was good—certainly better than average. However, I wouldn’t say that the flavours are quite as authentic as those in the upper echelon of supplements tases.

Mass Attack Heavyweight has different flavours to Mass Attack Juggernaut. You can get the Heavyweight version in fan favourites like Banana Cream, Milk Chocolate, Strawberries & Cream and Vanilla Ice Cream, as well as unique flavours like Gingerbread and Sweet Spice.

The Boditronics Mass Attack Heavyweight scoop

When it comes to mixing, almost every user reported that the powder mixed well with water or milk, which was my experience exactly. 

Boditronics recommends adding 4 slightly heaped scoops of powder to 300 ml of liquid, either water or milk, depending on your preference. I recommend using a bit more liquid, as 300g of powder (4 scoops) is a lot.

Similarly, you might need to add more liquid if you're using milk so that your shake isn’t too thick. Using a blender or a blender-bottle-style shaker should help ensure that the mixture is well-blended and clump-free.

You could drink a shake before training, but, at 1300 calories, it might be a bit heavy on your stomach.

If you're still struggling to gain weight, another great time to have a shake is right before bed. 

While you sleep, your body uses energy to repair and grow your muscles, so supplying it with additional calories during this period helps the process greatly. But remember, always listen to your body, and don't force-feed yourself.

This Boditronics mass gainer is good for hardgainers who have a fast metabolism and/or those who struggle to consume enough food without feeling sick or bloated.

Like any reliable mass gainer (see my XL Nutrition Mass Gainer review for more ideas), Boditronics Mass Attack Heavyweight delivers the necessary nutrients and calories to enable you to gain weight and build muscle effectively. 

Additionally, many users have praised this Boditronics mass gainer for its taste and ability to mix well, resulting in a smooth, enjoyable shake.

However, it's crucial to acknowledge that people have different body types and requirements. While Mass Attack Heavyweight is perfect for some, it may not be for everyone. If you're already consuming enough calories through a balanced diet, this shake might not be necessary.

Also, not everyone wants to have creatine in their mass gainer, especially when taking multiple servings.

Finally, the soy protein isn’t to everyone’s liking. But overall, this is still a positive Boditronics Mass Attack Heavyweight review, and I’m happy to give this supplement my stamp of approval.
